Maroon 5 asked Brad to master their latest, a single titled ‘Moves Like Jagger‘ featering Christina Aguilera. Produced by Benny Blanco and mixed by Serban Ghenea, this single topped both radio and sales charts worldwide and has currently sold over 3 million copies in the US alone.

‘Moves Like Jagger‘ has been nominated for the 2012 Grammy awards (Best Pop Duo/Group Performance), as has Alison Krauss & Union Station’s ‘Paper Airplane‘ (Best Bluegrass Album). We’re also excited to announce that ‘Paper Airplane’ was nominated in the category Best Engineered Album, Non-Classical – this means Brad is a Grammy nominee along with the amazing Mike Shipley. This is the first year that the mastering engineer is included in the Best Engineered Album, Non-Classical category, so we’re honored by the nomination!

Euphonic was chosen to finish up the new Barenaked Ladies album, featuring tracks produced by Ron Aniello, Jim Scott and Don Was, and mixes by Mike Shipley and Jim Scott (among others). This one is sure to be a favorite among BNL fans! Brad was also asked to put the final bit of polish on Vanessa Carlton’s latest EP, ‘Hear The Bells‘ as well as Sara Bareilles‘ new single, ‘Love Is Christmas‘ – it was a real thrill to work with these talented ladies!

Razor & Tie artist Eve 6 sent Brad their new album, produced and mixed by the amazing Don Gilmore featuring additional mixes by Chris Lord-Alge – this record is amazing, keep an ear out for it. Brad was also chosen to put the final polish on Keith Urban’s latest single, produced by Dann Huff and mixed by Mike Shipley – this track is fantastic!. Brad was also asked to master the new Brad album, featuring Stone Gossard and Shawn Smith, this album really rocks (and some of the name confusion in emails was quite humorous…).

Adelitas Way had Euphonic master their latest single, ‘Collapse‘, produced by Dave Bassett and mixed by Doug McKean. This one is charting well on rock radio, check it out. We also cut the new 12 Stones single, produced by Skidd Mills and mixed by Johnny K – those guys make an awesome combo! Skidd also sent Brad Brent James‘ new album, a new signee to his Skiddco Music label. The first single is called ‘Moment of Silence‘ and is charting on AC – keep an ear out for this band!

The Writing Camp had Euphonic master all the tracks from the hit TV show, Majors & Minors, mixed by Justin Gray. Sugar Red Drive sent Brad their latest album (produced and mixed by Skidd Mills) for a bit of polish, featuring their latest single, ‘No Apologies‘, produced by Brian Howes and BrookRoyal sent Euphonic their latest EP, produced and mixed by James Michael – they bring the rock.

We also had the pleasure of cutting Man On Fire’s new album, titled ‘Chrysalis‘. It was produced and mixed by Jeff Hodges at Charleston Sound and it’s getting rave reviews. Prog-rockers Astra sent in their new album, titled ‘The Black Chord‘, produced and mixed by David Lehrfeld – this is an amazing record, can’t wait for it’s release!

We also had the opportunity to work on projects with K’NAAN, Green River Ordinance, Egypt Central, Lucero, NoMAD, Jully Black, Throwing Gravity, Lance Lopez, P.O.D., Platinum Hit, The Blanks, Alex Greenwald, Siobhan Magnus , North Mississippi Allstars, Deepfield and many more…

After such an amazing 2011, we’re excited to see what 2012 brings!

While Maroon 5 has enjoyed great success with the singles from ‘Hands All Over‘, their latest single, ‘Moves Like Jagger‘, which features Christina Aguilera, has been explosive! Less than 24 hours after release, it was #1 on the iTunes singles charts and it is curently tearing up the radio charts. Congratulations to Benny Blanco (producer) and Serban Ghenea (mixer) for crafting such a massive hit!

Congratulations to Virgin Records artists Adelitas Way for their latest single, ‘Sick‘, reaching #1 on the rock charts! Produced by Dave Bassett and mixed by Chris Lord-Alge, the track spent several weeks atop the charts. Their latest single, ‘The Collapse‘ (also produced by Dave Bassett, mixed by Doug McKean) was sent to Euphonic for the final polish – wait until you hear this one!

Provident Music Group recording artist Matt Maher also chose Brad to master his latest effort, ‘The Love In Between‘. Produced by Paul Moak and masterfully mixed by Shane D. Wilson, it’s certain to be a hit when it’s released on September 20th. The first single, titled ‘Turn Around‘, is already doing well on the charts, currently #20 on AC radio.

Mega-smash song writers The Writing Camp brought Euphonic on board to master all the tracks of the first season of Bravo’s new show, Platinum Hit. Universal Music’s Jully Black sent her third consecutive record to Brad for final tweaks. Titled ‘8ight‘, it’s produced by Young Pete Alexander and mixed by Craig Bauer. The first singles, ‘Can U Feel It / Pushin‘ have been released – check them out – this record is HOT!

12 Stones sent Brad their latest single, ‘Bulletproof‘, released on EMG Records. Produced by Skidd Mills and mixed by the uber-talented Mike Shipley, it has already reached #1 on the Christian Rock charts! Euphonic also cut the hi-def (24/96) version of Alison Krauss & Union Station’s latest effort, ‘Paper Airplane‘ for Rounder Records, available from HDtracks. These are the same superb mixes by Mike Shipley as the album, just captured as high-resolution masters. While we’re talking about Alison Krauss & Union Station, congrats to all involved as the first single, ‘Paper Airplane‘ has been #1 for 12 weeks on the Bluegrass radio charts!

Provident artists Burlap To Cashmere sent their latest single, ‘The Other Country‘, to Euphonic for mastering. Produced by Mitchell Froom and mixed by David Boucher, this track classic BTC with a fantastic gospel twist. Lovedrug also sent their new album, produced by Paul Moak and mixed by the ever-amazing Jeff Juliano in for a final polish, this one is great!

We’ve obviously worked on tons of other projects in the interim, such as Hollywood Undead, The City Harmonic, Egypt Central, K’NAAN, Wallpaper., The Blanks, Brent James, My Amends, The Delta Saints and many more – hopefully we’ll have more news on those later. Until then, keep rockin’!

Virgin Records A&R veteran Kim Stephens chose Brad to master the new Adelitas Way album, ‘Home School Valedictorian‘  (available June 7th) produced by Dave Bassett, featuring mixes from Chris Lord-Alge, Doug McKean and Tadpole (aka Anthony Mysliwiec).The first single, ‘Sick‘ (iTunes link) was mixed by CLA and is already doing well on radio (#24 on Active Rock at time of writing). This record flat our rocks, give it a listen!

The Sick Puppies sent their new acoustic album, titled ‘Polar Opposite‘, to Euphonic for the final bit of polish. Also on Virgin Records, this record was produced by Paul Palmer and Ross Hogarth – truly awesome treatments to some of the favorite songs, including some spectacular strings!

Brad was chosen to master the new Matt Maher album for Provident Records. Produced by incredible Paul Moak and featuring mixes by the amazing Shane Wilson, this record is full of incredible songs. Provident label-mates Third Day also sent Euphonic a remix of ‘Born Again‘ (mixed by THE J.R. McNeely) for the upcoming feature film, ‘Seven Days in Utopia‘.

We’ve also been busy cutting radio singles: A&M/Octone artist PJ Morton sent his new single, ‘Heavy‘ in, mixed by Manny Marroquin. Brad was also asked to master the new ‘Maroon 5 24 hour live session (featuring PJ Morton)’ sponsored by Coca Cola (the single can be downloaded free here) – grab that while you can! Virgin Records‘ Saving Abel had Euphonic cut their latest single (produced and mixed by Skidd Mills), ‘Miss America‘ (iTunes link), which is already doing well on the charts, currently #19 on the Active Rock chart and #27 on the Mainstream Rock chart. Congrats to all involved!

Virgin / Capitol recording artists Sick Puppies sent Euphonic their new live album for a final bit of polish. Mixed by David J Holman, this new record features tracks such as ‘Maybe‘, ‘Odd One‘, ‘Riptide‘ and ‘My World‘, among others, and is sure to be a fan favorite. Brad was also asked to cut the new North Mississippi Allstars album, ‘Keys To The Kingdom‘, mixed by the amazing Kevin Houston. Releasing on Feb. 1, this record will be available as both CD and vinyl – check it out, it’s the closest thing to seeing them live…

We’ve been very busy working on some incredible singles as well, starting with the newest effort by Hollywood Undead, ‘Hear Me Now‘ (iTunes link), produced by Sam Hollander. We had the opportunity to work with Maroon 5 again, cutting their newest single ‘Never Gonna Leave This Bed‘, produced by Mutt Lange and mixed by Mike Shipley. Brad was also asked to master a new remix of Maroon 5‘s hit single, ‘Give A Little More‘, featuring Lil Wayne. A&M / Octone records sent Brad a mashup featuring multi-talented artist K’NAAN‘s hit single ‘Wavin’ Flag‘ and Paper Tongues‘ ‘Trinity‘ – this one is cool! Euphonic was chosen to master the new Flyleaf single, ‘How He Loves (Live)‘ (iTunes link) as well as their new EP, ‘Remember To Live‘, which was produced and mixed by Mark Troth Lewis and features a new mix of ‘Arise‘ by Ben Moody.

SR-71 fans rejoice – Mitch Allan has decided to finally release their third album here in the States! ‘Here We Go Again‘ (iTunes link) was previously released overseas and has been remastered at Euphonic. Featuring ‘1985, ‘Mosquito‘ and ‘All American‘ (as well as three previously unreleased live tracks: ‘I Want You to Want Me‘, ‘In Your Eyes‘ and ‘Mosquito‘) – this one is a must have for fans! Brad was also chosen to master the new Egypt Central album, titled ‘White Rabbit‘ for Fat Lady Music. Produced and mixed by Skidd Mills, this album REALLY rocks – it’s worth a listen…

Virgin Records’ Saving Abel sent their new single, ‘The Sex Is Good’, to Brad to put the final polish on it for radio – it’s currently doing very well, sitting at #12 on the Active Rock charts. This follows  their first single, ‘Stupid Girl (Only in Hollywood)’, which was a Top10 hit- congrats to the band and all involved for their continued success! Speaking of the charts, we also want to congratulate A&M/Octone records on the success of Maroon 5‘s latest effort, ‘Hands All Over’ – the album debuted at #2 on the Billboard Top200 while the first single, ‘Misery’, is currently in its third week at #1 on the HotAC chart!

We’ve been cranking out the singles over the last few months as well, starting with Flyleaf’s new single, ‘Arise’, mixed by Chris Lord-Alge – this song sounds huge! Primary Wave sent Euphonic Taddy Porter’s new single, titled ‘Big Enough’ - this rocker was produced and mixed by Skidd Mills. Brad was also brought on to cut some new Paper Tongues singles for A&M/Octone records, featuring the production team of Randy Jackson and Mark Endert and mixes by Dylan ’3d’ Dresdow, Jon Kaplin and Mark Endert.

We’ve also had the pleasure of working on some amazing albums during this quarter, starting with the North Mississippi Allstars stunning new effort, mixed by Kevin Houston – these guys never fail to create amazing music. The incredible Ben Kenney sent Brad his fourth album, called ‘Burn The Tapes’ (to be released on Ghetto Crush) for a final bit of polish. Ben does everything on his records – he’s an stunning multi-instrumentalist and an incredible engineer, as well. All of his records are worth a listen, this one is no exception…
